These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of IRANYAR, a product and brand operated by FOREX ADVICE LTD (“IRANYAR”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
1. About IRANYAR
IRANYAR is being developed as a general-purpose Need ↔ Offer connection and matching platform. The platform may support areas such as jobs, services, housing, education, products, business partnerships, cargo, local guidance and other community needs.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and use the service only where legally permitted. Some features may require additional age, identity, phone, business or professional verification.
3. User content and listings
You remain responsible for information, text, images, offers, requests and other material you submit. You must have the right to submit that material and must not post content that is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, discriminatory, infringing, dangerous or intended to bypass platform safeguards.
4. Matching and introductions
AI-assisted matching, ranking, summaries and recommendations are intended to help users discover potentially relevant opportunities. They do not guarantee suitability, identity, quality, legality, availability or successful outcomes.
5. Marketplace role
Unless a specific feature expressly states otherwise, IRANYAR provides technology that facilitates discovery and communication and is not the employer, landlord, seller, buyer, medical provider, lawyer, carrier, contractor or other underlying service provider in a transaction between users.
6. Payments and fees
Some IRANYAR services may be free while others may later include subscriptions, connection fees, commissions or paid features. Applicable fees will be shown before purchase.
7. Messaging and contact
By providing contact details or opting into a messaging channel, you authorize communications consistent with your choices and applicable law. Marketing or non-essential messaging may require separate consent.
8. Prohibited uses
- Fraud, impersonation, harassment, exploitation or illegal discrimination.
- Offering illegal goods, services or activities.
- Spam, scraping, credential theft, malware, unauthorized automation or interference with platform security.
- Attempting to bypass verification, contact-unlock, moderation, payment or safety controls.
- Misrepresenting qualifications, identity, ownership, price, location or availability.
9. Safety and verification
Verification signals can reduce risk but do not eliminate it. A verified phone number, identity or business status is not a guarantee of honesty, professional competence or transaction quality.
10. No financial or investment advice
IRANYAR is not a forex brokerage, trading platform, investment adviser or fund manager. IRANYAR does not provide investment advice, execute trades or manage customer funds.
11. Intellectual property
IRANYAR software, branding, interface design and original content are owned by or licensed to FOREX ADVICE LTD.
12. Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, enforce these Terms or protect the integrity of the service.
13. Availability and disclaimers
IRANYAR may change, suspend or discontinue features as the product develops. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees that every match, listing, user or third-party service will be accurate, available or suitable for your needs.
14. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections or jurisdictional rights that apply where you live.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms as IRANYAR evolves.
